Deposits - Cancellations - Refunds
Day Care
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your dates.
Cancellations made more than one week before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within one week of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
Boarding
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates.
The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the start of the stay.
Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the commencement date are non-refundable.
